Newbury Radio is a family run business serving the public under the current management for 23 years. All that experience is good news for our customers, they know they can rely on us and come back time and again.

Savings.We belong to the 800 strong Euronics Group of Independent Electrical Retailers with an annual turnover of £400 million, this gives us huge bulk buying power and savings we then pass on to our customers.

Service. We hope that you are happy with your purchase but inevitable sometimes things go wrong and if they do we promise to do everything in our power to put it right. We offer to arrange for a manufacture’s service call, use our own service engineers for items out of warranty or make a home visit to re-explain how to work an appliance.

Advice. We offer expert advice on your purchase and believe that our customers deserve good products and service to match. Old fashioned in the way we serve our customers, but modern and innovative in the products we offer.

Convenience. Within our normal working hours we are as flexible as possible when it comes to delivery times. Customers, some of whom are abroad, trust us to select the right product and arrange delivery for them with nothing more that an e-mail or a telephone call involved.

Trust. Our customers know they can rely on our advice but also on our staff and if it helps them we will take their keys and even deliver when they are out.
